D&K Storage Auction Terms
$50 cash cleaning deposit due at facility at time of payment. Bidder to contact facility within 2 hours of auction end to schedule appointment to meet, there is no office on site. The space must be fully vacated within 48 hours of the sale unless other arrangements have been made with D&K Storage. After 48-hours, any items remaining in the storage unit shall be considered abandoned to D&K Storage to dispose of as we see fit. Failure to remove all items will automatically result in loss of privilege to attend future auctions as well as forfeiting cleaning deposit. Buyer must present valid state issued photo ID at time of pickup. D&K Storage reserves the right to deny sale of unit for any reason including, but not limited to, the attempted purchase of the unit by a tenant currently in default. Customers have been known to store illegal substances, so please check each item carefully. D&K Storage is not liable for any illegal contents removed from the storage space by the winning bidder. Auction items are AS-IS WHERE IS. Buyer to bring lock to secure unit. Bidders on our blocked bidder list including non-performing bidders from this site or any other site for any D&K Storage are prohibited from participating in our auctions.
Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (D&K Storage) reserves all rights to cancel or postpone auctions at any point.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a $10 minimum or 15% auction fee (whichever is greater) for every unit won in addition to the unit sale price.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged the auction fee along with 10% of the unit sale price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
