This unit appears to contain…Delta Vertical band saw with light, yard tools, baseball bats, fishing poles, buckets of tools, metal scrap, electric wire/cords, folding tables, plastic crates, folding chairs, weed eater, street cones, silver serving/chafing dish, large Craftsman tool chests (stacking), air mattresses, tent, step ladder, wooden shelves, retractable awnings, cargo carrier box (unsure if item is in it), cot, gutter guards, white refrigerator, commercial post outdoor patio heater, chain saw, rope lights, straps, large boiling pot, decorations, metal lock box, signs, outdoor fire pit, and assorted car parts.
Ample Storage #1 Auction Terms
Unit must be completely emptied within 72 hours of close of auction. Access to the unit will only be given during business store hours or by appointment with the owner and once payment is accepted by Ample Storage. Dumpsters are not available on site so entire contents of unit must be removed by buyer. A $100 Cash cleaning fee will be assessed prior to access of the unit and this will be returned upon verification by owner that the unit has been emptied completely. Credit Card or Debit will be accepted at the location but cash for the cleaning deposit only. Ample Storage exercises neither care, custody nor control over the stored property. This is a Keypad access facility so buyer must set an appointment to enter the facility. Buyer must secure unit with a lock. The Owner is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage to any property stored in the space regardless of the cause of the loss or damage. No warranties are guarantees are given. If no contact is made, buyer forfeits the unit and the unit contents becomes the property of Ample Storage. In addition, the winner will be reported to Storage Auctions. No refunds will be assessed.
Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (Ample Storage #1) reserves all rights to cancel or postpone auctions at any point.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a $10 minimum or 15% auction fee (whichever is greater) for every unit won in addition to the unit sale price.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged the auction fee along with 10% of the unit sale price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
