It is suited to be pulled to your location and parked at a permanent home site. It has a residential water heater. No stove, but it has a toaster oven and hot plate. Refrigerator works well. Futon for extra sleeping capacity. 1 year old memory foam mattress. Window AC works well. Supplemental window unit also installed but is easily removable. Sale includes extra tires and numerous other parts as well as wooden stairs. It was used for overnight stays. Must be paid for in Cash and moved to new home on Wednesday Sept 5th or sooner. Located at Surfside Storage 1104 Water Avenue South Myrtle/Surfside. You can driveby and see the outside over labor day weekend. If you cannot pick up and pay in cash on Wednesday, Sept 5th, please do not bid. Cash only. No extensions are possible.

Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (Surfside Storage) reserves the right to cancel or postpone auction in its sole discretion, including for (but not limited to) compliance with applicable lien and other laws and regulations.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
