StorMark Self Storage-L010 Auction Terms
48hrs to clean out unit. A temp gate code and a Combo lock code will be given when calling to make payment. Payments must be made with in 24 hrs or next bidder will be contacted. $100 deposit given over the phone as well as full payment of winning bid. Must pay StorageAuctions first before calling to pay on the unit. No flea markets or resales while on the facility property. Unit owners cannot bid on own units. Gate hours are 6am-10pm late departures, items left in units or taking the lock is forfeiture of deposit. The office is closed on Sundays.
Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (StorMark Self Storage-L010) reserves the right to cancel or postpone auction in its sole discretion, including for (but not limited to) compliance with applicable lien and other laws and regulations.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
