This unit appears to contain…A public auction of storage personal property being held at U-Store Self Storage; 100 OH-775, Gallipolis OH 45631, will be conducted online at www.storageauctions.com. This online auction will be held to pay for unpaid storage fees and charges (pursuant to Chapter 5322.01-5322.05 of the OH Statutes). Online public auction to be held on 2/26/2023, beginning at 10:00am. The personal property of Joan Roberts, located in unit number 33 will be auctioned. In addition, miscellaneous abandoned items will be sold. All payments must be made through our website, www.ustoreoh.com; please call (740) 239-2360 at the conclusion of the auction if you are the winning bidder.

72 hour clean out timeframe, $100 cleaning deposit required.
Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (U-Store Self Storage) reserves the right to cancel or postpone auction in its sole discretion, including for (but not limited to) compliance with applicable lien and other laws and regulations.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
