This unit appears to contain…New DeWalt tool carts and contractor bags. Tools, table saw, boxes of misc, golf clubs, 2 shelving units, construction. *72 Hours to clean out contents. Cash, Money Order, or Cashiers Check accepted for invoice payment at facility. $50 Cash cleaning deposit required. No dumpster usage on site. Access available during regular business hours only. The Nirad Group and Mini U Storage do not make any claims to the condition of the contents. Mini U Storage exercises neither care, custody, nor control over the stored property. Buyer must secure the unit with lock. The Owner and the Owner's employees are not responsible for any loss or damage to any property stored in the space, regardless of the cause of the loss or damage. ** A representative from The Nirad Group must be present during removal, but is not required to help empty the contents. *** Winning bidder MUST make arrangements with The Nirad Group Inc, before arriving to pick up contents. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (Mini-U-Storage) reserves the right to cancel or postpone auction in its sole discretion, including for (but not limited to) compliance with applicable lien and other laws and regulations.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
