Good Community Properties - Mohr Auction Terms
Winning bidder agrees to all terms and conditions set by Good Community Properties, LLC 72 hours from payment to clean out. No dumpster privileges. Acceptable payment methods are cash and/or Credit Card. No Cleaning Deposit Required. Must schedule arrival/clean out with site supervisor. ONCE THE AUCTION HAS ENDED THE WINNER MUST CONTACT GOOD COMMUNITY PROPERTIES, LLC FOR PAYMENT. ACCEPTABLE PAYMENT METHODS ARE CASH AND/OR CREDIT. Storage Auctions Invoice must be paid for unit(s) before payment is accepted by Good Community Properties, LLC. It is the responsibility of the winning bidder to contact Good Community Properties, LLC within 48 HOURS to pay amount owed. Winning bidder has 72 hours from time of payment to clear the unit. If no contact is made, winning bidder forfeits the unit and becomes the property of Good Community Properties, LLC. In addition, the winner will be reported to Storage Auctions. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ASSESSED. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to limited dumpster space ALL PROPERTY IN UNIT MUST BE TAKEN.
Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (Good Community Properties - Mohr) reserves the right to cancel or postpone auction in its sole discretion, including for (but not limited to) compliance with applicable lien and other laws and regulations.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
