Mohave Storage NV 714 Amy St. Auction Terms
NEVADA: Once payment to StorageAuctions.com is made, call 775-463-2807 immediately. Winning bidder MUST CONTACT MOHAVE STORAGE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF END OF AUCTION TO PAY REMAINING AMOUNT OWED plus refundable cleaning deposit. Accepted payment methods: credit card, e-check (no cash or checks/money orders). A $100 CLEANING DEPOSIT per unit/space will be HELD on your payment method until clean-out is completed. Winning Bidder must empty unit/space within 72 hours from END OF AUCTION. Vehicles/unit contents are SOLD AS IS, winner is responsible for all Towing/Registration/Re-key/Cleaning fees etc. Use of facility dumpster prohibited. If no payment is made within 24 hours of end of auction, winning bidder FORFEITS the unit/ vehicle and it becomes the property of Mohave Storage.
Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (Mohave Storage NV 714 Amy St.) reserves the right to cancel or postpone auction in its sole discretion, including for (but not limited to) compliance with applicable lien and other laws and regulations.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
