This unit appears to contain…10x30 Storage Unit containing mainly lots of furniture, household items, and miscellaneous containers including boxes, baskets of various types as well as plastic organizers. In this unit, it is well organized and easy to view most of the items in the space. Some furniture items are definitely antique in nature and would be valued more than just regular furniture. At the back of the unit, there is definitely a nice tool collection on shelving along with more boxes and chairs and other pieces of furniture in the back corner. There are certainly going to be many items in this unit that someone will find as they look through the contents (if bought with the highest bid), and it is my opinion, that there will be some good items, possibly very nice items, and the buyer will find as they go through the contents of this unit. Give your best bid and try for this large 10x30 unit full of items!
Rose Storage Auction Terms
72 hour clean up, no dumpster privileges, $100.00 cleaning deposit required; notify manager (Richard Rose) a little before arriving at storage facility so that he will be there to meet you (no office on property). Please bring close to exact money needed including the $100 cleaning deposit - some change will be provided if necessary.
Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (Rose Storage) reserves the right to cancel or postpone auction in its sole discretion, including for (but not limited to) compliance with applicable lien and other laws and regulations.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
