This unit appears to contain…10x20 Storage Unit that is full from front to back! There is a TV on a table in the front along with a bookshelf, mattresses, a very nice storage cabinet beside the mattresses, and a clothes dryer behind the mattresses. This unit has some car repair items like side rails for a truck (both sides there), a Snap-On 1/2" electric impact driver, a toy drone on the table, and some miscellaneous tools in the unit as well. A work-out weight bench is located near the back of the unit along with an exercise trampoline. Along the back corner right after a couch, there are some tires, and you may not see it in the back, but on the back wall is also a counter top for a cabinet. The bed set up is a nice one and looks well kept - headboard, footboard, rails, along with the couch. The headboard has electricity available to it as well as the small display storage cabinet in the front. There are a few toys in the unit - Marvel (Pop! Lizard Man toy) and Batman related toys as well as some Pokemon cards in the unit. Also at the rear of the unit is a large remote control motorized type toy car. Back towards the front of the unit, there are some metal shelves available with a clothes rack too. This unit has many miscellaneous items, but overall, the contents have good value! Give this one a shot and put a good bid on it!
Rose Storage Auction Terms
72 hour clean up, no dumpster privileges, $100.00 cleaning deposit required; notify manager (Richard Rose) a little before arriving at storage facility so that he will be there to meet you (no office on property). Please bring close to exact money needed including the $100 cleaning deposit - some change will be provided if necessary.
Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (Rose Storage) reserves the right to cancel or postpone auction in its sole discretion, including for (but not limited to) compliance with applicable lien and other laws and regulations.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.

StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
