PLEASE READ IN FULL BEFORE BIDDING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! EFFECTIVE 10/01/2023 ALL AUCTION WINNERS WILL HAVE TO LEAVE A CASH DEPOSIT PLUS THE AMOUNT OWED TO STORE. YOU WILL BE GIVEN THE DEPOSIT BACK WHEN EVERYTHING IS COMPLTELY MOVED OUT OF THE UNIT. DEPOSIT IS NO LARGER THAN $200. Buyer will have 24 hours to pay storageauctions.com invoice. You have 48 hours from time buyer wins the unit to Pay U-Haul centers and have unit cleaned out in 48 business hours. Pay by Cash or Debit only at location. No Checks will be accepted. Taxes are added at the facility unless you bring in your tax-exempt papers. Any personal documents or pictures belonging to the customer please leave at the store office. We Will provide you with a box. Any U-Haul dollies or pads in a room are not part of the sale. They must be left at location. NO DUMPSTER PRIVILEGE & NO REUSE ROOM/AREA PRIVILEGES ABSOUTLEY EVERYTHING MUST GO!!! If items are left you will be BLOCKED from future auctions. If Unit is not emptied in noted time frame you will lose the room and be BLOCKED from future auctions. If you are bidding on a vehicle of any type, please understand U-Haul is selling them with NO KEYS, NO TITLE, AS IS, and for PARTS ONLY. U-Haul has no liability involving any sale of any parts or vehicle once the sale is finalized.
Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (775026 U-Haul Moving & Storage of Woodmere) reserves the right to cancel or postpone auction in its sole discretion, including for (but not limited to) compliance with applicable lien and other laws and regulations.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
