StorPlace of Greenwood Auction Terms
StorPlace of Greenwood consists of two properties 1628 Campbell Lane and 1874 Cave Mill Rd. The office and main property is on Campbell Lane, the annex property is on Cave Mill Rd. Contact facility immediately when auction ends, to make arrangements to pay for and pick up the unit. You must have a Paid Invoice in order to pick up unit. If you have an Unpaid Invoice, please update your credit card in your account and click Pay Now to generate a Paid Invoice. Do not park in customer parking. facility manager will let you know where to park. You must be 18 years old to bid. You must provide a valid photo ID to the Site Manager. You must bring your own lock to secure the unit. You will not be allowed to enter the storage unit or touch any items prior to bidding. Sales are final and bids are for the entire unit. The Auctioneer has final say on all issues, including whether to refuse a bid if a bidder has disrupted an auction or violated any rules. Immediate cash payment is required when you purchase a unit. You have 72 hours to remove the contents entirely and broom sweep the unit. A $100 refundable cleaning deposit is also charged on every unit you buy. You must remove all of the contents and trash from the unit and facility grounds. You are not allowed to use the dumpsters on the facility property. Please advise the manager once you have completely emptied the unit. The manager will inspect that the unit is clean and then refund your cleaning deposit. If you would like to rent the unit after the auction, the manager can assist you. Smoking is prohibited on storage facility properties. No Pets allowed at facility Respect the Property, Managers, Tenants and other Buyers at all times. ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS, AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (StorPlace of Greenwood) reserves the right to cancel or postpone auction in its sole discretion, including for (but not limited to) compliance with applicable lien and other laws and regulations.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
