Key Storage -Kenner Auction Terms
1. Cash, or Certified Check Payments Only 2. $100.00 cash deposit per unit 3. 72 Hour Clean-Out: any items not removed within 72 hours will be deemed abandoned and will be disposed of and entire cash deposit will be forfieted. NO ON SITE DUMPSTER USE. 4. All contents in units are sold as is and will have added sales tax to the final auction sales price. No refunds. 5. Please call the facility immediately after the auction closes to schedule your "clean out" of the unit.
Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (Key Storage -Kenner) reserves all rights to cancel or postpone auctions at any point.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
