Harrison Mini Storage Auction Terms
Buyers should contact our office within 24 hours of sale closing to schedule pickup days and times. Payment is expected within 48 hours of sale closing. We accept cash or any major credit/debit cards for winning bids. $100.00 cleaning deposit per unit won/purchased are CASH ONLY. Winning bidder must present photo ID with invoice(s). NO DUMPSTER PRIVILEGES but note: Methvin Sanitation is conveniently located about 2 miles away, has easy access and offers pay-to-dump at very reasonable rates (cards only without account). To redeem deposits, units must be cleaned out and keys returned on or before 2:00 P.M. Friday, December 1, 2023. We reserve the right to halt any sale or refuse any or all bids should tenant pay in full before unit is completely vacated.
Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (Harrison Mini Storage) reserves the right to cancel or postpone auction in its sole discretion, including for (but not limited to) compliance with applicable lien and other laws and regulations.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
