72 hour clean out, $100.00 cleaning deposit required ,no dumpster use, any personnel items found in the room must be returned to the manager and any U-Haul blankets or dollies found as well. The room you win will have a WORD lock on it. Once you pay you will get the WORD from the staff. Once the unit is empty you MUST bring the lock to the office. The employees at the location will get you in and out of the area were the room is. Please print and bring your storageauction.com invoice and ID when you go to pay. You will get a receipt when you pay. On it will be the room number and and your name and phone number. Please retain this and have it with you when you want to enter the room to empty it. Please call location for any help you need. Thank you for your help!!! ALL SALES FINAL!!! IF YOU BUY A ROOM YOU MUST PAY FOR IT AND EMPTY IT!! IF YOU BUY A ROOM AND DO NOT EMPTY IT YOU WILL BE BLOCKED FROM ANY FUTURE AUCTIONS!!
Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (U-Haul Moving & Storage At Phoenix Airport - 822042) reserves the right to cancel or postpone auction in its sole discretion, including for (but not limited to) compliance with applicable lien and other laws and regulations.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
