Brockton - North Main St Auction Terms
Payment needs to be processed at the store the same day the auction ends. Please bring your ID and email receipt for required verification. Customer has 48 Hours after payment to completely clean out the unit. Extra days could be given depending on the amount of units purchased. Debit or credit card only $100 cleaning deposit per unit is required. No dumpster privileges. Nothing to be left behind in units and/ or on our premises. Belongings such as personal documents and/or photos are to be brought to the store showroom. Lock is provide by the facility and it must be return when refunding deposit. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (Brockton - North Main St) reserves the right to cancel or postpone auction in its sole discretion, including for (but not limited to) compliance with applicable lien and other laws and regulations.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
