Springdale Self Storage Auction Terms
Instructions for Auction Winners Must provide Identification - Buyers have 72 hours to clean out unit(s) - $100 Cash deposit for each unit won. Returnable after management confirms unit empty and clean. Deposit is returnable during normal office business hours only. If cleaned out when office is closed; winner will have to return during normal business hours to receive deposit back. - Allow yourself enough time since there will be other auction winners at location. - Observe ALL COVID-19 Guidelines. Must wear mask in office and no more than one can enter office at one time. - NO dumpster privileges. Nothing to be left inside or outside of dumpster, or on property. Surveillance camera is recording location. Those who disobey will be fined heavily. - You will receive a receipt upon the completion of the transaction.
Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (Springdale Self Storage ) reserves the right to cancel or postpone auction in its sole discretion, including for (but not limited to) compliance with applicable lien and other laws and regulations.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
