Elmore Storage, LLC (Tillman Mill Rd Location) Auction Terms
-72 hours to clean out the unit from the end of the auction. -$100 refundable deposit required. The deposit will be fully refunded if all items are removed from the unit/ facility and the unit is broom swept. -There is no dumpster on the property. -All items are sold AS-IS where is. -The office for this facility is not located onsite. It is located about 5 minutes from the facility. -Please make an appointment ahead of your arrival to our office. (2567773476). -Once you have paid you will have afterhours access to the facility if needed. -If you need more than 3 days to remove the items there will be a $20 per day charge.
Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (Elmore Storage, LLC (Tillman Mill Rd Location)) reserves the right to cancel or postpone auction in its sole discretion, including for (but not limited to) compliance with applicable lien and other laws and regulations.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
