Curry Rentals--Claxton Dairy Auction Terms
KEY DEPOSIT $35 CASH TO BE HELD UNTIL KEY RETURNED, ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND PAYMENT SHOULD BE MADE TO CURRY MANAGEMENT CORPORATION, KEY SHOULD BE PICKED UP AT THE OFFICE OF CURRY MANAGEMENT CORPORATION LOCATED AT 1825 VETERANS BLVD, DUBLIN, GA 31021 WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THE CLOSE OF THE AUCTION, THE KEY SHOULD BE RETURNED THE FIRST FRIDAY AFTER THE AUCTION NO LATER THAN 5 PM (72 HOUR CLEANUP), NO DUMPSTER PRIVILEGES, ALL CONTENTS MUST BE REMOVED BY BIDDER AND UNIT LEFT BROOM SWEPT AND CLEAN, ANY ITEM LEFT UNCLAIMED BECOMES THE PROPERTY OF CURRY MANAGEMENT CORPORATION AND THE BIDDER MAY BE BARRED FROM FUTURE AUCTIONS, CURRY MANAGEMENT CORPORATION RESERVES THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW UNITS WITHOUT NOTICE FROM THE AUCTION, EACH BIDDER ASSUMES ALL RISKS AND HAZARDS RELATED TO THE AUCTION AND ITEMS OBTAINED AT THE AUCTION AND AGREES TO HOLD HARMLESS FROM ANY LIABILITY ARISING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM CURRY MANAGEMENT CORPORATION OR THEIR MEMBERS AND/OR EMPLOYEES
Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (Curry Rentals--Claxton Dairy) reserves the right to cancel or postpone auction in its sole discretion, including for (but not limited to) compliance with applicable lien and other laws and regulations.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
