SpareBox Storage 0014 Auction Terms
96-hour clean-out period. Winning bidder will receive an email with payment instructions to pay balance online. Winner has 24 hours to settle balance with SpareBox. If winner fails to make payment to SpareBox within 24 hours, winner will be considered a no-show and will forfeit the winnings. Once the balance is paid you will receive your gate access code and code to unlock your unit. Must pay by credit or debit card, no cash payments accepted. $125 cleaning fee charged if the unit is not completely cleaned out. No dumpster privileges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (SpareBox Storage 0014) reserves all rights to cancel or postpone auctions at any point.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
