Ashville Mini Storage Auction Terms
Credit/debit card payment only. 72-hour clean-out, no dumpster privileges, cameras on site. The $100 deposit will be refunded once confirmed by the property manager that the unit was cleared out with nothing left behind. Once the unit is won, call 205-858-3221 M-F 9:00-7:00, Saturday/Sunday 9:00-3:00, to make the credit/debit payment and get access instructions. If the receptionist does not answer, press for a callback when prompted. When the unit is emptied, send pics of the empty unit to support@royceselfstorage.com. The facility manager will receive these and go out to confirm that the unit is empty before refunding the deposit. Deposits will be refunded 5-7 days after the unit has been confirmed as cleaned out. The clean-outs must be done from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm. Owner not responsible for injury or illness while on premises.
Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (Ashville Mini Storage) reserves the right to cancel or postpone auction in its sole discretion, including for (but not limited to) compliance with applicable lien and other laws and regulations.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
