This unit appears to contain…5 x 10 unit filled with multiple bags of goodies, totes and boxes of treasures. Fans , picture frame, electronics, shoes and clothing . And more boxes and totes that are closed up and possibly loaded with great treasures from afar.
Affordable Storage 606 Auction Terms
The winning bidder purchases the entire contents of the storage unit being auctioned. All payments, including the deposit must be made in cash within 24 hours of the end of the Auction Sale. Purchaser must provide a valid Photo I.D. and a copy of the Invoice for the purchased unit upon payment of units purchased. The entire contents of the unit must be cleaned out within 72 hours of auction end time and in broom swept condition, and approved by storage management before deposit is returned. There are no dumpster privileges, all contents must be removed from the storage facility. The unit storage tenant has the legal right to cure the account up until the closing of the auction, thus canceling the sale of the unit.
Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (Affordable Storage 606 ) reserves the right to cancel or postpone auction in its sole discretion, including for (but not limited to) compliance with applicable lien and other laws and regulations.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.

StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
