Midgard Self Storage Athens GA 2 Auction Terms
*Do not come to the site until you have read and followed the instructions below. You will not gain access to the unit until all steps are complete!* Midgard Self Storage Auction Terms: 72 hour clean out, a $100 Credit Card deposit required, and no dumpster Privileges. If you have questions, please email customeraccounts@reliant-mgmt.com or send a text to 678-707-8383. You must read the following instructions before you arrive at the facility: - A text message will be sent to you with further information and a request for your driver's license. - The appropriate party will contact you or give you further instructions on how you can contact them. Please do not come to the site before you receive directions to do so. - During this conversation, payment will be accepted and processed along with the $100 deposit. - After both payment and the deposit have been processed, your signature will be needed on the Storage Auctions Invoice Receipt before the gate code and unlock code for the unit will be provided. - After these steps have been completed, you will have access to the unit and facility for a 72-hour timeframe. - Once the unit is empty, please follow the instructions and send an image to the appropriate party to receive the deposit back. Legal Documents, Tax Returns, and Pictures should be returned to the facility office, when found.
Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (Midgard Self Storage Athens GA 2) reserves the right to cancel or postpone auction in its sole discretion, including for (but not limited to) compliance with applicable lien and other laws and regulations.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
