Presidential Storage Covington Auction Terms
Units must be completely emptied within 72 business hours of close of auction Cash or Credit Card Only. Dumpster's not available on site. Nothing should be left behind in the unit purchased, or a $100 cleaning fee will be assessed. ID must be presented when claiming your unit and must match the invoice winner. Facility reserves the right to refuse any bids or purchase from the delinquent tenant or anyone associated to them at their discretion. If Unit is not emptied in noted timeframe you will be obligated to pay a full month of storage. We do not prorate the rent. If you chose to rent the unit you must contact location to complete a contract in your name. You must pay taxes unless a tax ID number is presented when purchasing unit. Presidential Storage Covington is not liable for any injury or damages while claiming the winning unit. All sales are final.
Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (Presidential Storage Covington) reserves the right to cancel or postpone auction in its sole discretion, including for (but not limited to) compliance with applicable lien and other laws and regulations.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
