72 HOURS TO PAY AND HAVE UNIT CLEANED OUT. Pay by cash or debit card only at location. NO CHECKS will be accepted. * $100 CASH DEPOSIT REQUIRED. WILL BE RETURNED WHEN UNIT IS EMPTY.* Tax is added at facility unless you bring in your Tax Exempt Certificate. Any U-Haul dollies or pads in a unit are NOT part of the sale. They are NOT FOR SALE. They must be left at location. NO DUMPSTER PRIVILEGE, NO RE-USE AREA PRIVILEGE. UNITS MUST BE COMPLETELY EMPTIED. IF ITEMS ARE LEFT IN UNIT, YOU WILL BE BLOCKED FROM FUTURE AUCTIONS. If unit is not emptied in noted time frame you will lose the deposit and the unit. U-Haul Team Members, family members or friends (living with team member) cannot bid or buy units up for auction at U-Haul owned facility.
Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (U-Haul Moving & Storage of Kennesaw) reserves the right to cancel or postpone auction in its sole discretion, including for (but not limited to) compliance with applicable lien and other laws and regulations.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
