Tri-Link Storage Gavintown Rd Auction Terms
72 hours to clean out unit; $100.00 deposit per unit (Debit/Credit Card Only) 1. Payment must be made by CREDIT CARD (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover). PERSONAL CHECKS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Identification and signature will be required at the time of payment. A REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT of $100.00 will be collected for each unit purchased. If all the items are removed and the unit is left clean, the deposit will be refunded at the time of the move out 2. Applicable sales tax will be added to all sales unless the winning bidder provides documentation showing exemption from state sales tax. Winning bidder must sign a Bill of Sale upon payment. 3. No on-site manager, call 910-739-1863 to schedule an appointment with manager prior to arriving at the location. 4. Bidders must return photos, documents, and other such personal items to the facility office. 5. All auctions are WITH RESERVE and therefore all units may be withdrawn from sale at any time by Trlink Self Storage management. 6. A sale is not deemed completed until all money due is paid by the winning bidder at the auction and received by the facility and all property is removed from the unit or a lease is executed for the rental of the unit. Bidder remedy for a cancelled sale is limited to the return of the money paid for the unit at the time of auction. 7. All goods purchased at the time of the sale are to be removed from the facility no later than 72 hours from the time the auction closed. 8. Goods paid for but not removed from the facility within 72 hours after the sale will be disposed of. Failure to remove all goods or sign a lease will result in Buyer forfeiting the $100.00 deposit. This facility will not refund money for goods paid for and not removed in accordance with the deadline. Bidder releases facility from responsibility for the disposal of said property. Alternative arrangements concerning the continued storage of the goods may be made with the manager but must be in writing to be enforceable. 9. Firearms and/or ammunition located in the unit must be turned over to the facility for proper disposal. 10. The facility does not accept any liability on the goods purchased at the time of the sale. Goods purchased are in an AS-IS condition. No guarantees or warranties of any type or kind are expressed or implied with the purchase of an items. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! 11. Any violation of the above rules will result in the inability of the bidder to be included in any future sales. All bidders agree to hold harmless and indemnify the storage facility, and the auction company any and all claims. 12. Please email a picture of your empty and swept unit, including the unit number, to superiorstorageus@gmail.com. We will verify your unit is clean and vacated, without a lock.
Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (Tri-Link Storage Gavintown Rd) reserves all rights to cancel or postpone auctions at any point.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
