This unit appears to contain…Contents Overview: Suitcase: A large, black suitcase of unknown contents, possibly containing clothing, personal items, or documents. U-Haul Boxes: Several U-Haul boxes of varying sizes, presumably filled with household items, books, kitchenware, or miscellaneous belongings. Furniture: 1 Wooden Dresser: Approximately 4 feet tall, with multiple drawers. 1 Coffee Table: Rectangular, wooden coffee table with visible signs of wear. 1 Sofa: Beige fabric sofa with some visible stains and minor tears. 1 Bed Frame: Queen-sized bed frame, disassembled, with no mattress. Lamps: 1 Floor Lamp: Tall standing lamp with a brass finish and white lampshade. 2 Table Lamps: Matching set of two table lamps with ceramic bases and cream-colored lampshades. Condition: The furniture and lamps show signs of wear and tear, including scratches, scuffs, and minor damage. The suitcase and U-Haul boxes appear to be in good condition externally, but their contents are unknown.

Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (East Nashville Self Storage - 800 Main St) reserves the right to cancel or postpone auction in its sole discretion, including for (but not limited to) compliance with applicable lien and other laws and regulations.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
