STORAGE NEAR ME TEXAS AUCTION TERMS 1. Payment must be made by CASH or CREDIT CARD. PERSONAL CHECKS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. 2. Applicable sales tax will be added to all sales unless successful bidder provides documentation that bidder is exempt from sales tax. Buyer must sign a Bill of Sale upon payment. 3. Any firearms or ammunition located in the unit must be turned over to the facility for proper disposal. 4. Buyer must return any photos, personal documents and other such personal items to the facility office. 5. A sale is not deemed complete until all money due is paid by buyer at the auction and received by the facility. 6. Buyers on units are required to pay an additional clean up- cash deposit of $100 until all items in the unit are removed from the premises, refundable once the unit has been emptied and cleaned. NO DUMPSTER PRIVILEDGES! 7. All goods purchased at the time of the sale are to be removed from the facility no later than 48 hours from the time the auction closed. Goods paid for but not removed from the facility within 48 hours after the sale will be disposed of. This facility will not refund money for goods paid for and not removed in accordance with the deadline. Buyer releases facility from responsibility for the disposal of said property. Alternative arrangements concerning the continued storage of the goods may be made with the manager but must be in writing to be enforceable. 8. All items purchased are AS-IS and ALL SALES ARE FINAL 9. It is strictly forbidden to use any dumpster, curbside, trash area or on any and all property owned by STORAGE NEAR ME TEXAS Any violation of the above rules will result in the inability of the bidder to be included in any future sales.
Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (Storage Near Me Texas Brown Street ) reserves the right to cancel or postpone auction in its sole discretion, including for (but not limited to) compliance with applicable lien and other laws and regulations.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
