Red Rover Moving & Storage Ft Myers Auction Terms
72-hour Cleanup, No Dumpster Privileges, ID must be presented when claiming your unit and must match the invoiced winner. Facility reserves the right to refuse any bids or purchase from the delinquent tenant or anyone associated to them at their discretion. Red Rover is not liable for any injury or damages while claiming the winning unit. Note: Invoice must be paid within 24 hours to pay remaining balance. If winning bidder does not contact and pay remaining balance, the unit will be resold to another bidder. Invoice must be paid before going to the location to claim the unit(s). Winning bidder will receive an email with a link to pay by credit/debit card. Cash is not accepted at the facility location. If container is not cleaned out within the provided 72-hour timeframe, winning bidder agrees to be charged an additional $250 cleaning fee.
Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (Red Rover Moving & Storage Ft Myers) reserves the right to cancel or postpone auction in its sole discretion, including for (but not limited to) compliance with applicable lien and other laws and regulations.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
