West Knox Solway Storage Auction Terms
1.) The storage unit(s) are sold as is, where is. No refunds! All sales are final. The facility and auction company make no representations as to the value, condition, or from where the contents originated. 2.) If unit(s) is/are not cleaned out within 72 hours, the buyer agrees that they are held liable for the labor and disposal cost incurred. 3.) Cash only! Buyers must pay in full before removal. 4.) $100 CASH CLEANING DEPOSIT REQUIRED. Buyers are not allowed to use the facility dumpster, an empty storage unit, or any illegal dumping on or around adjacent properties. Buyer is responsible to clean out the unit(s) 100% broom swept. 5.)If buyer does not conform to the terms of each sale, the buyer will forfeit their ability to bid at any future auctions. 6.) The buyer acknowledges that in certain circumstances beyond our control, the facility and or auctioneer have the right to void any sale of any unit due to evidence of a wrongful sale or paperwork error by facility. The buyer agrees and will be refunded the original purchase price of the unit that was auctioned including the sale tax in order to prevent litigation. 7.) No warranties and or guarantees are expressed or implied, including merchandise descriptions. Buyers are urged to inspect each lot and bid according to their own judgment. All bids are for the entire contents of a given unit. 8.) The facility and auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bids considered unreasonable and to refuse any bid from any person who is disruptive or has not complied with the removal of any items from units previously purchased. The storage facility has the right to change the terms during auction time in order to meet any business or legal requirements. 9.) Illegal contraband of any kind including but not limited to guns, weapons, and drug paraphernalia must be turned over to the proper authorities. 10.) You are responsible for your own safety and those with you at all times while on the property. Children must be kept in hand at all times. No pets or smoking allowed on the property. 11.) Persons bidding on an auction agree to abide by the terms and conditions listed above and or any other terms that may apply. Failure to abide by such terms and conditions can result in those persons being removed from the auction and/or any future auctions conducted by this facility. These terms and conditions are in effect for all storage auctions until such time that these terms and conditions are revised.
Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (West Knox Solway Storage) reserves all rights to cancel or postpone auctions at any point.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a $10 minimum or 15% auction fee (whichever is greater) for every unit won in addition to the unit sale price.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged the auction fee along with 10% of the unit sale price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
