This unit appears to contain…10x10 Storage Unit that is partially full of a few items, mainly two mattress sets, and a organizational desk with 2 Razor scooters in the unit. There are two electric "wood fire looking" heaters in the back corner on top of a dresser. There are also some miscellaneous toys in the unit, and a headboard for one of the mattress sets with bed rails. There is also a nice piece of luggage underneath the desk.
Rose Storage Auction Terms
72 hour clean up, no dumpster privileges, $100.00 cleaning deposit required; notify manager (Richard Rose) a little before arriving at storage facility so that he will be there to meet you (no office on property). Please make sure to bring as close to exact money as possible when paying at the storage site. Some change will be available but only in small amounts.
Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (Rose Storage) reserves the right to cancel or postpone auction in its sole discretion, including for (but not limited to) compliance with applicable lien and other laws and regulations.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
