Cuba Mini Storage Auction Terms
72 Hour clean up, NO Dumpster Privileges (no dumpster on site), $100 Cleaning Deposit Required. ONCE THE AUCTION HAS ENDED THE WINNER WILL BE CONTACTED BY CUBA MINI STORAGE TO MAKE PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS. Storage Auctions Invoice must be paid for unit(s) before payment is accepted by Cuba Mini Storage. If you would like to meet with the facility supervisor, please call (309)785-5058 to schedule an appointment. It is the responsibility of the winning bidder to contact Cuba Mini Storage within 48 HOURS to pay amount owed. Winning bidder has 72 hours from time of payment to clear the unit. If no contact is made, winning bidder forfeits the unit and becomes the property of Cuba Mini Storage. In addition, the winner will be reported to Storage Auctions.
Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (Cuba Mini Storage) reserves the right to cancel or postpone auction in its sole discretion, including for (but not limited to) compliance with applicable lien and other laws and regulations.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
