This unit appears to contain…Owner surrender 2003 Chevrolet truck. Has clear TITLE which is signed by owner. No issues with DMV. The truck has the keys, runs well. It had working AC, bedliner, newer tires. 76,863 miles which is also shown in photos. Has current registraition and should have no emmision issues. Truck is being auctioned as is. Auction Terms and Conditions This vehicle has 48 hour pickup timeline. This means after the auction has ended you have 2 days to entirely remove the vehicle. This facility only accepts cash for the final bid amount. Please note that when collecting the vehicle you must do so during office hours of this facility. Mon - Fri: 9:00am - 6:00pm. Damages are caused by the buyer or buyers associates while on property is the buyer's responsibility. Buyer is responsible for the actual repair or replacement cost. No one under the age of 18 is permitted on the property without an accompanying adult. Vehicles is being sold as is with signed title from owner. No sales are to take place on property. Anything being sold needs to be viewed and processed off site. No online listings may be made with properties name, address, phone number, imagines or likeness. Please conduct all business pertaining to the purchased goods off site.
Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (Guardian Storage) reserves the right to cancel or postpone auction in its sole discretion, including for (but not limited to) compliance with applicable lien and other laws and regulations.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
