A-1 Storage Auction Terms
72 Hour Clean up, no dumpster privileges, $100 cash deposit to be refunded when unit is left broom clean, Cash only, To the best of Operators belief, none of the property in the Leased Space is subject to a lien superior to the Self Storage Operators unless announced at the commencement of each Leased Spaces auction. Each of the Leased Spaces were opened before todays sale by statute. The personal property in the Leased Space has not been touched and is still exactly as the Occupant placed them in the Leased Space. When the Leased Space was inventoried, the inventory may have been taken by standing outside the Leased Space and looking in. No goods were handled by A1 Storage. All purchased items should be inspected prior to leaving the premises, especially items of furniture. Customers have been known to store illegal substances, so please check each item carefully. A1 Storage is not liable for any illegal contents removed from the Leased Space by Purchaser. The Leased Space must be fully and finally vacated by the end of the 72 hour time period given following the auction or the goods left will be deemed abandoned and disposed of by Operator in any reasonable manner and Operator will not be liable to any bidder for disposal of the abandoned property. Operator reserves the right to bid on any and all Leased Spaces, Operator reserves the right to end the sale at any time until the Leased Space is sold, You further agree to release and hold harmless, Operator, Facility Manager and their respective Owners, shareholders, partners, members, officers, directors, employees, agents, managers, representatives, successors, heirs, and assigns, from any and all liability for any loss you may suffer to any personal property while at the Facility. You further agree to indemnify the above named released parties from any liability incurred as a result of your actions or activity at A1 Storages facility today.
Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (A-1 Storage) reserves the right to cancel or postpone auction in its sole discretion, including for (but not limited to) compliance with applicable lien and other laws and regulations.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
