This unit appears to contain…Tires, pane of glass, planks of wood. Old speaker, backpack, metal rods. Work materials, work equipment, extension cords. Cabinet doors, plywood, metal folding chair. Bags with unknown contents. Rug, bucket of unknown material, car mats. Bike lock, muffin tin, styrofoam. Nails, screws, etc.

72 hour pickup. No dumpster on site. No weekend pickups. $100 cleaning deposit. Please call prior to pickup to schedule appointment. Venmo, Zelle, also accepted and preferred. Please reach out to the property manager before traveling to the location so that we can schedule your pick-up date and time. Thank you! *CLEANING DEPOSIT IS CASH ONLY* Buyer is responsible for removing the entire contents of the unit. The buyer must present a valid state-issued photo ID at the time of pickup. The buyer agrees to leave any personal items (birth certificates, passports, driver's licenses, photo albums, bank statements, etc.) found in the unit with the Property Manager at the time of removal. Office hours: NO OFFICE ON SITE; Crabtree Storage reserves the right to deny the sale of the unit for any reason including, but not limited to, the attempted purchase of the unit by a tenant currently in default. All property secured by winning bids must be removed within 72 hours. Customers have been known to store illegal substances, so please check each item carefully. Crabtree Storage is not liable for any illegal contents removed from the storage space by the winning bidder. Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (Crabtree Storage) reserves the right to cancel or postpone auction in its sole discretion, including for (but not limited to) compliance with applicable lien and other laws and regulations.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
