This unit appears to contain…baby stroller, crib, bike, baby seat, lots of clothing, jackets, possible printer, plastic totes with unknown items, laundry basket, possible bassinet, wooden box, looks like lawn chairs/beach chairs, lots of stuff in the back with plastic totes, looks to be a lot of children's things

You will have 48 hours to fully clean out the unit. NO DUMPSTER PRIVALAGES! $100 cleaning deposit REQUIRED, EXCEPTIONAL payment method DEBIT / CREDIT ONLY!!! Clean up deposit/fee will be returned after inspection of the unit. Failure to clean the unit will result in relinquishment of $100 deposit. REQUIRED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH MANAGEMENT!!!!!!
Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (Bluff Road Self Storage) reserves the right to cancel or postpone auction in its sole discretion, including for (but not limited to) compliance with applicable lien and other laws and regulations.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
