My Self Storage, LLC Auction Terms
1. Payment must be made by CASH or MONEY ORDER ONLY. ID and Signature will be required at the time of payment. 2. Any firearms or ammunition located in the unit must be turned over to the facility for proper disposal. 3. Bidders must return photos, documents and other such personal items to the facility office. 4. All auctions are WITH RESERVE and therefore all units may be withdrawn from sale at any time. 5. A clean-up deposit of $100.00 (cash only) is required until ALL ITEMS in the unit are removed from the premises. If all the items are removed and the unit is left clean, the deposit will be REFUNDED at the time of the move out. The bidder MUST contact the office WITHIN 24hrs after cleaning out the unit to make arrangements for the return of the cleaning deposit! 6. All goods purchased at the time of the sale are to be removed from the facility no later than 48 hours from the time the auction closes. 7. The facility does not accept any liability on the goods purchased at the time of the sale. Goods purchased are in an AS-IS condition. No guarantees or warranties of any type or kind are expressed or implied with the purchase of an item. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! 8. Any violation of the above rules will result in the inability of the bidder to be included in any future sales
Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (My Self Storage, LLC) reserves the right to cancel or postpone auction in its sole discretion, including for (but not limited to) compliance with applicable lien and other laws and regulations.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
