Acorn Storage - Nowata Road Auction Terms
1. All unit contents are purchased AS IS, WHERE IS, without any promise or warranty implied. 2. Auction ends at 10 AM on Thursday, September 19, 2024. Auction tab, plus $100 cleaning deposit, in CASH, due at Main Office located at 1304 S. E. Washington Blvd., Bartlesville, OK 74006. Bid amount, plus deposit, must be received no later than 12 PM on Friday, September 20, 2024. Winning bidder must call 918.333.6700 before noon, Friday, September 20, 2024, to request other arrangements. Failure to pay or contact will result in cancellation. 3. You will have 72 hours from the close of auction to vacate the unit (noon on Sunday, September 22, 2024). 4. If you are not removing the unit contents immediately, you will need to bring a suitable lock or purchase one from our office. The buyer is responsible for securing the unit during move out. 5. If the unit is not vacated by noon on Sunday, September 22, 2024, Acorn Storage Center will over-lock the unit, and you will be required to rent the unit.
Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (Acorn Storage - Nowata Road) reserves the right to cancel or postpone auction in its sole discretion, including for (but not limited to) compliance with applicable lien and other laws and regulations.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
