This unit appears to contain…Mini motorized motorcycle. Washer and Dryer (fairly new), 60+ flat screen TV, Coffee table, tools, tool box.,(4 drawers), air compressor, BBQ, Weed eater, Gym bag (Everlast), foot stool, black stools, household, clothes, Wood headboard (4 posts), mattress/pillow top, bedding, DVD's.
Bay Meadows Mini Storage Auction Terms
Seller reserves the right to cancel any bid if seller deems bid unreasonable. Items sold "as is" and without warranty. ALL sales are CASH, final and nonrefundable. Bidder acknowledges they are bidding on ALL items in the unit and ALL items MUST be removed out of unit by Bidder within 72 hours of sale date. NO ON SITE DUMPSTER PRIVILEGES. A $100 Cleaning Deposit is required and will be refunded only when the unit(s) are completely cleaned out. ALL successful Bidders MUST provide photo ID to pick up auction items. Person picking up items MUST be on the Bidder invoice. Bidder acknowledges that Tenant has up to close of the auction to pay their account in full, for each unit. At that time. Bidder acknowledges that the auction is cancelled. Should Bidder find personal papers and/or pictures in the unit(s) they purchased, Bidder agrees to turn those items over to the mini storage management. ALL successful Bidders must contact Manager to obtain access to the unit(s).
Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (Bay Meadows Mini Storage) reserves the right to cancel or postpone auction in its sole discretion, including for (but not limited to) compliance with applicable lien and other laws and regulations.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
