U-Haul Moving & Storage of Leestown Road Auction Terms Units must be completely emptied within 24 hours after close of auction. Dumpster's not available on site. Nothing should be left behind in the unit purchased, buyers that leave items behind will not be allowed to purchase future units at this facility or any other U-Haul facility in the same area. If you chose to rent the unit you must fill out a rental contract in person at the location. Free Month of Storage offer DOES NOT apply to auctioned units. No Checks will be accepted. Cash or Credit Cards only will be accepted at the location. Sales tax applies unless a tax exempt certificate is presented. U-Haul Team Members, family members or friends (living with team member) cannot bid or buy units up for auction at U-Haul owned facility. STORE HOURS: MON-THU 7am-7pm, FRI 7am-8pm, SAT 7am-7pm, SUN 9am-5pm - all Eastern time
Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (U-Haul Moving & Storage Of Masterson Station) reserves the right to cancel or postpone auction in its sole discretion, including for (but not limited to) compliance with applicable lien and other laws and regulations.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
