Cash Only, $100 Deposit, Remove all contents by Sunday at 9PM. No dumpsters available. Bidder must NOT be affiliated with the Occupant in any way. Deposit will be returned when space is empty and lock is returned. All items are -as is, where is- We do not warranty or guarantee any item purchased. Rainbow Self Storage has the right to refuse any bid with or without cause. Payment must be made at the Main Office in Eureka at 4055 Broadway. MOTORCYCLE CANNOT BE SOLD!! It has to run through the DMV Lien Sale Process. It is NOT included in that unit and will be removed prior to auction close date/time.
Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (Rainbow Self Storage - 2394 Central Ave. McK) reserves the right to cancel or postpone auction in its sole discretion, including for (but not limited to) compliance with applicable lien and other laws and regulations.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
