Beatline Road Mini-Storage, LLC Auction Terms
We only accept cash for purchases. A cash cleaning deposit of $200 is required, along with a $10 deposit for the gate access card. The cleaning deposit will be refunded once the unit is confirmed empty, swept, and in ready-to-rent condition. The gate access card deposit will be refunded when the card is returned. Buyers have 24 hours from the auction's end to contact the property and 72 hours to clear and clean the storage unit. Tenants have the right of redemption until payment is received. Please ensure no items are left behind; failing to remove all items will result in a ban from future bidding at our facility. If the unit isn't emptied within the specified time, you will forfeit the cleaning deposit and the unit itself. To rent the unit, you must contact management to finalize a contract in your name before the 72-hour deadline during business hours. Please note that there is NO DUMPSTER OR TRASH CAN ON SITE, so you must take all trash. Management reserves the right to cancel any sale at any time.
Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (Beatline Road Mini-Storage, LLC) reserves the right to cancel or postpone auction in its sole discretion, including for (but not limited to) compliance with applicable lien and other laws and regulations.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
