1. Cash or credit card ONLY. No checks accepted. 2. Winners are responsible for removing ENTIRE contents of unit within 72 hours of sale closing. Any arrangement for more time must be approved by management. 3. Dumpsters not available on site 4. $100.00 CASH ONLY cleaning deposit required. Full deposit is refundable once all contents are cleared including trash. 5. Winner must provide a copy of current driver's license and complete mailing address and phone number. 6. Please do not throw trash, candy wrappers, cans, cigarette butts etc on the property. 7. Units may be subject to a Reserve (Minimum Bid) 8. Briarcliff Storage RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY BID. 9. ALL SALES FINAL -- ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS!
Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (Briarcliff Storage) reserves the right to cancel or postpone auction in its sole discretion, including for (but not limited to) compliance with applicable lien and other laws and regulations.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
