SpaceWorks Storage- Mullica Hill Auction Terms
1. Payments Accepted by Cash or Credit Card Only. Personal Checks will not be accepted. ID and Signature will be required at the time of payment. 2. There will be a $50.00 cash deposit on each purchase (per Space). The deposit will be refunded when you leave the Space "broom clean," and our representative inspects the Space. 3. To the extent required, sales tax will be charged in addition to the accepted bid price, unless you present a tax-exempt resale number. 4. Items of a personal nature found in the purchased Space or Spaces, such as wedding licenses, photographs, birth certificates, tax records, etc., are excluded from the sale. Buyer agrees to turn said items into the office before receiving return of deposit. 5. Owner reserves the right to end the sale at any time until the space is sold. 6. Space must be fully vacated within 72 hours of the time the auction closes. Goods not removed from the facility within 72 hours will be deemed abandoned and disposed of by owner in any reasonable manner and owner will not be liable to any bidder for disposal of the abandoned property. No bailment is intended or created between owner and bidder. 7. All items purchased today are ''as is, where is." Space Works Storage does not warranty or guarantee any item purchased. 8. Access to the space will be granted during office hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM-5:00 PM. 9. Dumpster use is prohibited.
