This unit appears to contain…Red Toolbox, Pellet gun, BBQ, 2 drawer file cabinet with red lock, 4 medium size ice chests, 2 end tables, 2 oak chairs, several tubs and lots of clothes and blankets covering up items (not visible to manager).
Bay Meadows Mini Storage Auction Terms
Seller reserves the right to cancel any bid. Items are sold as is and without warranty. ALL bidders MUST provide a photo identification to pick up items from the unit they bought. ALL sales are CASH, final and nonrefundable. Bidders acknowledge they are bidding on ALL items in the unit and ALL items MUST be removed out of the unit within 72 hours from sale date. A refundable cleaning deposit of $100 is required and returned when Unit is completely cleaned out. No on-site dumpster privileges. Successful bidders must check in with on site manager. Should Bidders find personal and/or pictures in the unit they bought Bidder agrees to turn those items over to storage manager.
Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (Bay Meadows Mini Storage) reserves the right to cancel or postpone auction in its sole discretion, including for (but not limited to) compliance with applicable lien and other laws and regulations.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
