72 Hour cleanout time, 24 hours a day gate access, $100 refundable cleaning deposit required before access, everything must go, unit needs to be broom swept clean. TEXT PHOTOS OF EMPTY CLEAN UNIT TO (570)342-4201. FACILITY IS AN UNMANNED, REMOTELY OPERATED FACILITY. An employee from the facility will reach out the next day to get payment and give out lock and gate codes. !!!!! IMPORTANT Notice for Auction closing 11/6 due to auction manager travel, payment and access will need to be set for Friday Morning, you will have extra time to clean out units if needed.!!!!
Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (2727 Olyphant Ave- Greenwood Storage Scranton) reserves the right to cancel or postpone auction in its sole discretion, including for (but not limited to) compliance with applicable lien and other laws and regulations.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
