Express Storage-15456-B Dedeaux Rd. Auction Terms
Express Storage Auction Terms Payment & Access: 1-All payments must be made within 48 hours of winning the auction. Payment methods accepted include Debit or Credit Card or Cash. Once payment is confirmed, winners will be provided with gate access codes and instructions to clean out the unit. 2-Cleanout Period & Conditions: Winning bidders must fully clean out the unit within 72 hours of receiving the access codes. No dumpster privileges are provided, and all items must be removed from the premises. The unit must be left broom-swept clean with nothing left behind. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of the cleaning deposit. 3-Cleaning Deposit: A $100 cleaning deposit per unit is required at the time of payment. This deposit will be refunded within 5-7 business days after management inspects and confirms the unit has been properly cleaned out. Failure to clean the unit as required will result in the loss of the cleaning deposit. 4-Identity Verification: All winning bidders must provide a valid government-issued photo ID that matches the name on the auction invoice. Failure to do so will result in denial of access to the unit. 5-Contactless Facility: We are a contactless facility. All communication, payment, and coordination will be handled over the phone or via email. Please ensure you contact management immediately upon winning to schedule payment and obtain access instructions. 6-Additional Terms: No refunds are issued unless an inspection by our on-site team confirms an issue with the auctioned unit. No items belonging to Express Storage (dollies, pads, etc.) are part of the auction and must be returned if found inside the unit. Failure to comply with any of these terms may result in being banned from future auctions.
Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (Express Storage-15456-B Dedeaux Rd.) reserves the right to cancel or postpone auction in its sole discretion, including for (but not limited to) compliance with applicable lien and other laws and regulations.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
