This unit appears to contain…This 10x20 non-climate controlled unit has several quality items in it. This unit contains two nice dresser/cabinets that have glass curio areas in them. There are designer purses and/or handbags and other personal nature items as well as many household items. There is a book case and also shelving units and various containers in the unit as well as holiday decorations. There are 5 velvet-type material lined chairs, and they are made of sturdy metal framework that has probably been around for a long time. One of the containers in the unit is a Yeti cooler, and there are some good quality clothing items in the unit. This unit is very accessible as far as being able to see what it has, and there are many items that most people would consider as good quality. Please make a good bid on this one!
Rose Storage Auction Terms
72 hour clean up, no dumpster privileges, $100.00 cleaning deposit required; notify manager (Richard Rose) a little before arriving at storage facility so that he will be there to meet you (no office on property). Please bring exact money to the facility (in cash) when you come to pay for your auction unit and remember to add the 8.25% to the purchase price and then the $100 refundable cleaning deposit. Also, any buyer needs to understand that it is their responsibility to fully clear and clean the unit that they purchase.
Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (Rose Storage) reserves the right to cancel or postpone auction in its sole discretion, including for (but not limited to) compliance with applicable lien and other laws and regulations.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.

StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
