This unit appears to contain…We are auctioning off an Airstream "Cutter" Motor Home that was abandon on our property with 5 months of past due storage. We do not have the keys or the title for the unit. The customer was trying to "flip" the motor home and was unable to sell it and has not paid the storage owed. He drove the unit in here about 2 years ago, so it was running. My last conversation with him was to try and get rid of the unit. I estimate the MH was built in the late 90's by looking online at similar units. Feel free to come out and look at the unit at Katy Trailer World in Katy TX. The unit will need new batteries and a locksmith to install a new key. Winner has 3 days to remove the unit from the property.

Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (Katy Freeway Boat & RV Storage) reserves the right to cancel or postpone auction in its sole discretion, including for (but not limited to) compliance with applicable lien and other laws and regulations.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
