Grays Creek Safe Storage Auction Terms
72-hour cleanup, no dumpster privileges, $100.00 cleaning deposit required.Payment must be made by CASH ONLY. CREDIT CARD/PERSONAL CHECKS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Units must be claimed and vacated within 72hrs of purchasing, NO EXCEPTIONS. Access hours are 7am-9pm. A $100.00 (for each unit) refundable deposit is due at the facility upon purchase; refunded ONLY if the unit(s) is cleaned properly, broom swept and all items/trash must be removed within 72 hours. It is strictly forbidden to use any dumpster on site. Goods paid for but not removed from the facility within 72 hours after the sale will be disposed of. This facility will not refund money for goods paid for and not removed in accordance with the deadline. Bidder releases facility from responsibility for the disposal of said property. Office hours are Monday through Saturday, please call the office at 910-745-9120 between 9am and 4pm before you arrive to make an appointment.
Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (Grays Creek Safe Storage) reserves the right to cancel or postpone auction in its sole discretion, including for (but not limited to) compliance with applicable lien and other laws and regulations.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
